摘要
由于矿用隔爆型电气设备的防爆技术容易实现、防爆效果显著、加工成本低等特点被广泛应用于煤矿井下电气设备中。从技术审查角度,重点讲述了隔爆型电气设备外壳在结构设计中经常遇到的问题,分别从箱体结构、操纵杆类结构、观察窗、引入装置等设计环节分别进行详细阐述,提出了几点要求,对提高防爆电气产品的质量具有重要的参考意义。
Because the explosion-proof technology of flamproof electrical equipment is easy to realize,obvious flameproof effect and low processing cost,it is widely used in underground coal mine electrical equipment.From the perspective of technical review,focuses on the problems frequently encountered in the structural design of flameproof electrical equipment.It respectively elaborated in detail the design links of box structure,operating lever structure,observation window,introduction device and so on,and put forward several notice requirements.This has important reference significance for improving the quality of explosion-proof electrical products.
