摘要
针对熔焊试验板焊接过程中容易产生较大变形及较大焊接应力集中的问题,通过分析熔焊试验板参数及工艺性能要求,提出了两种设计方案。通过方案分析及焊接工装结构设计确定其中一套为最佳工装方案,该焊接工装方案不仅能实现工件快速准确定位,还能防止试验板产生较大变形,具有实际应用价值。
Mechanical deformation has always been the main problem to be solved in welding production;and the test plate for mechanical properties of deposited metal will also produce large deformation or welding stress during the welding process.Aiming to solve the above problems,two design schemes are proposed by analyzing the parameters and process performance requirements of the fusion welding test plate.After the comparative research,a set of welding tooling scheme is determined to achieve the effect of fast and accurate positioning of the workpiece and reducing deformation.This scheme has pracical application value.
