摘要
随着工业自动化的快速发展,机器人在加工过程中的利用率越来越高。但由于工业机器人对定位精度的要求非常高,往往会因为不能准确定位而对机器人接下来的加工操作造成一定的误差影响。而这种误差导致的最直接的结果就是焊接机器人无法准确定位到正确的焊缝位置,出现焊偏、焊漏或者熔深不够等焊接缺陷。以液压支架生产过程中对重型结构件的定位为实例,对旧式的定位块进行改进,在一定程度上增加了定位方式的灵活程度和精确程度。经过测试,新的定位方法极大地提高了定位的精确度,降低了定位过程中的操作难度,缩短了定位活件的时间。
With the rapid development of industrial automation,the utilization rate of robots in processing is getting higher and higher.But due to the requirements of the industrial robot to the positioning accuracy are very high,often because of the lack of accurate location,the robot′s subsequent processing operations will be affected by a certain amount of error.And the most direct result of this kind of error is that the welding robot can not accurately locate the correct weld position,appear welding deviation,welding leakage or insufficient penetration and other welding defects.This paper takes the positioning of heavy structural parts in the production process of hydraulic support as an example to improve the old positioning blocks and to a certain extent increase the flexibility and accuracy of positioning methods.After testing,the new positioning method greatly improves the accuracy of positioning,reduces the difficulty of operation in the positioning process,and shortens the time of locating living pieces.
