摘要
针对当前车身焊接夹具设计很难继承以往专家的经验与知识问题,开发出一款基于实例推理的车身焊接夹具智能化CAD系统。首先,在深入研究车身焊接夹具的分类与特点之后,提出基于车身焊接夹具的CBR-CAD思想,根据需求分析,构建出系统框架共七大模块;其次,将基于实例推理的关键技术应用到车身焊接夹具设计中;然后,结合参数化技术和数据库技术构建出整个CAD系统原型;最后对系统进行测试,验证了系统的有效性。
Aiming at current automobile body welding fixture design was difficult to inherit the previous expert's experience and knowledge,a case-based reasoning intelligent CAD system for automobile body welding fixture was developed.An CBR-CAD idea based on automobile body welding fixture was proposed by studying the classification and characteristics of automobile body welding fixture.According to needs analysis,seven modules of the system framework were built.Secondly,the key technology of case-based reasoning was applied to the design of automobile body welding fixture; then the entire CAD system was built combined with parametric technology and database technology.Finally,the system was tested and the effectiveness of the system was verified.
