摘要
高职汽车专业课程中的《汽车美容与装饰》课程根据岗位职责要求与市场需求而设立,不仅培养学生的专业技能,而且注重学生综合素质的发展和工匠精神的培养。“课程思政”建设聚焦“立德树人”的教育理念,以培养高素养技术技能人才为目标。工匠精神则代表着职业的精益求精,爱岗敬业等优秀职业价值观。二者在精神内核层面相互契合,为工匠精神培育有机融入“课程思政”建设奠定了理论基础。在高职院校“课程思政”中培育工匠精神的路径研究中,以广西生态工程职业技术学院汽车美容课的“课程思政”教学实践为现实依据,分别从老师和学生两个角度出发,探索任课老师互助机制与科学评价体系的有效建设。
The course of "Automobile beauty and Decoration" in higher vocational automobile professional courses is established according to the requirements of job responsibilities and market demand, which not only trains students’ professional skills, but also pays attention to the development of students’ comprehensive quality and the cultivation of craftsman spirit. The construction of "Curriculum ideology and politics" focuses on the education concept of "moral education" and aims at cultivating talents with high quality technical skills. The spirit of craftsman represents excellent professional values such as professional excellence, love and dedication. They fit each other at the spiritual core level, laying a theoretical foundation for organically integrating the cultivation of craftsman spirit into the construction of "curriculum ideology and politics". In the path research of cultivating craftsman spirit in "curriculum ideological and political" in higher vocational colleges, based on the practical teaching practice of "curriculum ideological and political" in automobile beauty course of Guangxi Ecological Engineering Vocational and Technical College, the efective construction of teacher mutual aid mechanism and scientific evaluation system is explored from the perspective of teachers and students respectively.
