摘要
汽车产业向电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化加速发展,迈进智能网联时代,进而重新定义了“新汽车人才”,即职业面向跨产业链、职业发展跨岗位、能力素质软硬兼备。作者分析了“新汽车人才”的内涵,以湖南信息职业技术学院为例剖析了高职院校汽车专业的专业现状,结合汽车智能技术专业人才培养方案的设计与实施实例,探索了培养新汽车人才的实践模式,给出了的一些建议和可行性的对策。
The automotive industry is accelerating its development towards electrification,intelligence,networking,and sharing,and entering the era of intelligent networking,which then redefines the “new automotive talent”,that is,the career is oriented to cross-industry chain,career development cross-position,and has both hard and soft capabilities.The author analyzes the connotation of “new automobile talents”,takes Hunan Information Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the professional status of automotive majors in vocational colleges,explores the practice mode of cultivating new automotive talents based on the design and implementation examples of automotive intelligent technology professional training programs,and gives some suggestions and feasible countermeasures.
