摘要
基于2013—2020年中国A股和H股新能源汽车上市公司数据,采用门槛效应模型,实证分析管理者能力、政策不确定性对企业绿色创新的影响。研究发现:管理者能力、政策不确定性均对企业绿色创新产生正向的激励作用;进一步研究表明,在政策不确定性的调节作用下,管理者能力对企业绿色创新的影响存在一定的阈值,在阈值范围内,管理者能力对企业绿色创新的影响作用最佳。因此,政府要制定更具针对性的政策,在管理者的共同作用下,提高企业绿色创新水平。
Based on the data of Chinese A-share and H-share listed new energy vehicle companies from 2013 to 2020,the threshold effect model is adopted to empirically analyze the impact of managerial competence and policy uncertainty on green innovation of enterprises.The results show that both managerial competence and policy uncertainty have a positive incentive effect on green innovation of enterprises.Further research shows that under the moderating effect of policy uncertainty,there is a certain threshold for the impact of managerial competence on green innovation of enterprises,and within the threshold range,managerial competence has the best impact on green innovation of enterprises.Therefore,the government should formulate more targeted policies to improve the level of green innovation of enterprises under the joint action of managers.
