摘要
采用超声法提取龙眼叶总黄酮,运用紫外分光光度法测定龙眼叶总黄酮含量,并检测和对比不同浓度的龙眼叶总黄酮和阳性药阿卡波糖对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率。研究发现,提取的龙眼叶总黄酮含量为0.3753 mg·g^(-1),龙眼叶总黄酮浓度为0.25 mg·mL^(-1)与阿卡波糖浓度为0.3μg·mL^(-1)时α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率同为65.09%,说明在此浓度下,龙眼叶总黄酮的降血糖能力与阿卡波糖相近。结果表明,龙眼叶中总黄酮具有一定降血糖能力,同时该结果可为降血糖研究路上开辟新途径奠定基础。
The total flavonoids of longan leaves was extracted by ultrasonic method, and the content of total flavonoids of longan leaves was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The inhibitory rate of total flavonoids from longan leaves on α-glucosidase with different concentrations and the inhibitory rate of positive drug acarbose on α-glucosidase was detected, then their inhibitory rate was compared. The final measure showed that the content of total flavonoid in longan leaves sample was 0.3753 mg·g^(-1). The inhibition rate of α-glucosidase was 65.09% when the concentration of total flavonoids in longan leaves was 0.25 mg·mL^(-1)and the concentration of acarbose was 0.3 μg·mL^(-1). The hypoglycemic activity of total flavonoids in longan leaves was similar to that of acarbose at this concecntration, and the results showed that the total flavonoids of longan leaves had a certain inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase. The study will provide experimental datas for medicinal value of longan leaves and may be used potentially as a good source for hypoglycemic drugs.
