摘要
目的:确定蒙药材山野豌豆中化学成分的结构类型,为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。方法:依据药用植物化学成分预实验方法对蒙药材山野豌豆进行化学成分研究。结果:山野豌豆中含有以下成分:蛋白质、多糖、氨基酸、非还原糖、苷、皂苷、鞣质、酚类、蒽醌类、黄酮类、内酯、香豆素类;强心苷、甾体类、三萜类等。结论:蒙药材山野豌豆含有多种类型的化学成分,具有进一步研究和开发的潜在价值。
Objective: To identify the type of chemical components from vicia amoena, and provide theoretical basis for further exploitation and forthputting. Methods:Based on the methods of preliminary test of components in medicinal plants, the whole plant of vicia amoena was tested. Results: Many types of cheimcal components are contained in vicia amoena such as protein, polypeptide, amino acids, Non - reducing sugar, glycosides, tannins, phenols, anthraquinones, flavonoids, laetones, coumarins, cardiac glycosides, steroids, triterpenoids and so on. Conclusion : Vicia amoena contains many kinds of effective components, which has potential to be further studied and exploited.
