摘要
目的:研究无患子不同部位的总皂苷含量,为无患子的综合开发利用提供科学参考。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法测定无患子根、叶和果皮的总皂苷含量。结果:对照品齐墩果酸线性方程Y=0.0038X+0.1248,R^(2)=0.9998,各组平均加样回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.82%,验证了方法的可靠性和准确性。无患子3个不同部位的总皂苷含量存在显著差异,无患子果皮总皂苷含量最高(10.32%),其次为叶片(4.43%)和根(3.25%),果皮中的含量极显著高于叶和根,叶显著高于根(P<0.01,P<0.05)。根和果皮的总皂苷含量间呈负相关,根与叶呈正相关,果皮和叶呈负相关。结论:该方法准确稳定,可用于测定无患子不同部位的总皂苷的含量,同时,无患子叶和根含有较高皂苷,可为无患子的开发利用提供支持。
Objective:This study investigates the total saponin content in various parts of Sapindus saponaria,aiming to provide a scientific reference for its comprehensive development and utilization.Methods:The total saponin content in the roots,leaves,and fruit peel of Sapindus saponaria was determined using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.Result:The calibration curve equation of the standard compound oleanolic acid was Y=0.0038X+0.1248,with R^(2)=0.9998.The average recovery rate of each group was 101.2%,and the RSD was 1.82%.This verified the reliability and accuracy of the method.Significant differences in total saponin content were observed among three different parts of Sapindus saponaria.The highest total saponin content was found in the fruit peel(10.32%),followed by the leaves(4.43%)and roots(3.25%).The saponin content in the fruit peel was significantly higher than in the leaves and roots,with the leaves showing a significantly higher content than the roots(P<0.01,P<0.05).A negative correlation was found between total saponin content in the roots and the fruit peel,a positive correlation between the roots and leaves,and a negative correlation between the fruit peel and leaves.Conclusion:The method is accurate and stable,making it suitable for determining the total saponin content in different parts of Sapindus saponaria.Both the leaves and roots of Sapindus saponaria contain relatively high levels of saponins,providing valuable support data for the development and utilization of this plant.
