摘要
目的:探讨授权原理联合路径化健康宣教对甲状腺癌(thyroid carcinoma,TC)切除术后患者的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年2月山东大学齐鲁医院就诊的80例TC切除术后患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予授权原理联合路径化健康宣教。对比两组护理前后自我管理能力、应激反应、生活质量、术后并发症。结果:护理后,观察组自我管理效能测评量表(SUPPH)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、心率(heart rate,HR)均较护理前低,观察组SAS、SDS评分、DBP、SBP、HR均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组情绪功能、躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,显著低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论:授权原理联合路径化健康宣教可有效提高TC切除术后患者的自我管理能力,降低应激反应水平,提高生活质量,并发症发生率较低,安全性较高,利于患者预后康复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of empowerment principle combined with path-based health education on patients after thyroid carcinoma(TC)resection.Method:A total of 80 patients after TC resection visited in Qilu Hospital,Shandong University from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given empowerment principle combined with path-based health education on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability,stress response,quality of life before and after nursing and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the score of strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and selfrating depression scale(SDS),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR)in the two group were lower than those before nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS,DBP,SBP and HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of emotional function,physical function,cognitive function,role function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowerment principle combined with path-based health education can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients after TC resection,reduce the level of stress response,and improve the quality of life.The incidence of complications is low,and the safety is high,it is conducive to the prognosis and recovery of patients.
