摘要
从学生背景、课程结构、机构设施和培养目标4个方面分析美国医学生职业生涯规划教育体系,探索美国的有益经验,以期为我国医学生职业生涯规划提供借鉴,探索出与我国相适应的医学生职业生涯规划教育路径。
This paper analyzes the career planning education system of American medical students from four aspects,including students’ background,curriculum structure,institutional facilities and training objectives,and explores the useful experience of America,hoping to provide reference for the career planning of medical students in China,and seek the suitable education path of medical students’ career planning.
