高职学生生涯教育融入班级管理的实践探索——以襄阳职业技术学院商学院为例

摘要 在高等教育普及化时代背景下,充分激发大学生成长发展的主体性至关重要。生涯教育作为一种旨在培养高职学生学业与职业规划意识、确立职业目标、明确职业发展路径的教育形式,具有重要意义。针对当前00后高职生的特点,从其入学起,便将生涯教育融入班级教育管理之中,着重培养大学生的竞争、竞赛、竞业“三竞”意识,激发个体能动性。按照学生的兴趣、爱好和职业选择及发展路径,通过生涯认知、生涯思维、生涯行动与班级管理的深度融合,助力高职生做好学业生涯与职业生涯规划。 In the context of higher vocational education and the information age,it is essential to fully devel⁃op the subjective initiative of students in their career development.Career education,as an important form of cul⁃tivating students'career awareness,clarifying career goals,and planning career development paths,has signifi⁃cant importance.In response to the new characteristics of contemporary higher vocational students,starting from their enrollment,career education should be integrated into classroom management.This approach aims to culti⁃vate students'competitive spirit,self-confidence,and career"zone"awareness,stimulate their individual poten⁃tial,and based on students'interests,hobbies,and career aspirations,promote the deep integration of career plan⁃ning and class management to assist higher vocational students in achieving a harmonious balance between aca⁃demic studies and career planning.
