摘要
党的十九大后,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国人民对美好生活的向往成为推动时代的主题。肉、蛋、奶成为人们生活的必需品,人们对畜牧产品质量的需求促使行业产业发展,对畜牧兽医类人才也提出更高的时代要求,培养畜牧兽医技能型人才工匠精神也成了新时代的课题。基于不同的社会语境和时代的变迁,分析了不断演变的工匠精神内涵,提炼出工匠精神“八字”内涵,梳理了畜牧兽医技术技能型人才培养的现状和困境,以突破培养畜牧兽医技术人才工匠精神的困境为出发点,将工匠精神“八字”内涵四个层面与“四位一体”协同推进,构建出一套培养畜牧兽医技术技能型人才工匠精神的逻辑框架,提出新时代畜牧兽医技能型人才工匠精神培养模式。
After the 19th CPC National Congress,the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and Chinese people’s yarning for a better life has become the theme of the era.Meat,eggs and milk have become the necessities of people’s life,and people’s demand for the quality of animal husbandry products promotes the development of the industry and puts forward higher requirements for animal husbandry and veterinary talents.Cultivating the craftsman spirit of animal husbandry and veterinary talents has become a subject of the new era.Based on different social context and the changes of the times,this paper analyzes the evolving the spirit of craftsman in extracting the craftsman spiritual connotation of the“eight”combed the animal husbandry and veterinary technology skilled personnel training status quo and difficulties,to break through the cultivation of animal husbandry and veterinary technicians craftsman spiritual dilemma as a starting point,the spirit connotation of the“eight”four level with“four one”construct a set of logical framework for cultivating the craftsman spirit of animal husbandry and veterinary skilled talents and put forward the training mode of craftsman spirit of animal husbandry and veterinary skilled talents in the new era.
