摘要
本文围绕高职学生"工匠精神"的培养问题,阐释了"工匠精神"的内涵,探究了高职院校培养工匠精神的途径,提出通过校园文化建设、课程教学、实训操作、校企合作和树立教师典范等多途径来逐步培育学生工匠精神的对策与建议。
Focusing on the cultivation of ＂craftsman spirit＂ of vocational college students, this paper analyzes the connotation of ＂craftsman spirit＂, explores the ways of cultivating the craftsman spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate the craftsman spirit gradually through the construction of campus culture, course teaching, practical training, school enterprise cooperation and the establishment of a model of teachers.
