摘要
在我国大力发展新型农牧业及科技产业,在第四次工业革命“弯道超车”的背景下,如何满足现如今的人才培养方向、培养出具有全面发展的高素质人才已成为当前高职院校不得不面对的问题。因此,校企合作人才培养模式应运而生。文章以饲料企业为例,详细阐述饲料企业与高职院校合作的意义,同时着重分析了饲料企业与高职院校联合培养人才中存在的问题,最后从四个角度给出校企联合培养人才促进就业的策略,希望给相关高校和企业提供借鉴。
Under the background of vigorously developing new husbandry and technology industries in our country and overtaking cars in the fourth industrial revolution,it has become a problem that higher vocational colleges have to face in order to meet the current talent training direction and cultivate well-rounded and high-quality talents. Therefore,the school-enterprise cooperation talent training model emerges at the historic moment. This article in feed enterprises,for example,to feed the meaning of enterprise and the involved in university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges to carry on the detailed elaboration,at the same time,this paper analyzes the feed companies and joint problems of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges,the last from four angles are given he fosters the talent employment promotion strategy,hope to provide reference to the related colleges and enterprises.
