摘要
为了实现为社会培养大批优质创业人才、解决毕业生就业困难的问题,开展产教融合模式下高校创业人才培养模式创新的研究。分析创业人才培养工作的机遇,了解创业人才培养模式的现存问题。提出创新高校创业人才培养专业课程体系的教育措施,实现学生与社会的良好对接;健全多元主体参与的协同教育机制,明确参与教育的主体对象,掌握不同参与主体在执教中的责任、作用与地位,规范创业教学流程;搭建校内联合校外创业实践教育与服务平台,以实践带动学生综合创业能力的提升。
In order to realize the cultivation of a large number of high-quality entrepreneurial talents for the society and solve the problem of graduates’employment difficulties,carry out research on the innovation of college entrepreneurial talent training under the mode of integration of production and education.Analyze the opportunities for entrepreneurial talent training,and understand the existing problems in the entrepreneurial talent training model.Propose educational measures to innovate the professional curriculum system for entrepreneurship talent training in colleges and universities to achieve a good connection between students and the society;improve the collaborative education mechanism involving multiple subjects,clarify the subjects of participation in education,and grasp the responsibilities,roles and status of different subjects in teaching,standardize the entrepreneurship teaching process;build a joint and off-campus entrepreneurship practice education and service platform to promote students’comprehensive entrepreneurial ability through practice.
