摘要
相变微胶囊是将相变材料微胶囊化,以改善易泄漏、相分离问题,有效提高相变材料的热性能,是近年来储热领域的研究热点。首先,介绍了相变微胶囊芯材与壳材的选择;其次,从物理法、物理化学法和化学法3个方面分别介绍了相变微胶囊的常用制备方法,如喷雾干燥法、溶胶凝胶法、复凝聚法、界面聚合法和微乳液聚合法;再次,分析了相变微胶囊的性能表征,包括物理性能(包埋率、粒径分布)、化学性能(傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、X射线衍射图谱分析)以及热性能(相变储热性能、相变性能、热稳定性);最后,对相变微胶囊的研究进行了总结并提出了展望。
Microencapsulated phase change material is the microencapsulation of phase change materials,in order to effectively improve the thermal performance of phase change material through elimination of leakage and phase separation.It is a research focus in the field of heat storage in recent years.The choice of core and shell materials of microencapsulated phase change material is firstly introduced.Secondly,the commonly used preparation methods of microencapsulated phase change material are introduced from three aspects of physical method,physical chemical method and chemical method,such as spray drying method,sol-gel method,complex condensation method,interface polymerization and microemulsion polymerization.Subsequently,the characterization of microencapsulated phase change material is analyzed,including physical properties(embedding rate,particle size distribution),chemical properties(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis)and thermal properties(phase change heat storage,phase change performance,thermal stability).Finally,the researches of microencapsulated phase change material are summarized and prospected.
