摘要
习近平关于政德建设的重要论述包含三重内涵,为新时代政德建设指明了方向并提供了方法。文章依据马克思主义政德观、中国共产党的政治实践和中华传统“为政以德”的价值理念,论述了政德的内在结构,继而从引导整个社会的道德建设、巩固党的执政基础和培养党的执政骨干等三个方面阐述了政德建设的重大意义,并系统论述了领导干部政德建设中的自我修养和组织培育两条建设路径。
Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the construction of officers’morality have triple connotations,pointing out the direction and providing method for officers’morality construction in the new era.According to Marxist concept of officers’morality,the political practice of the Communist Party of China,and the value concept of the Chinese tradition of"governing with morality",the internal structure of officers’morality is stipulated.In addition,this paper also expounds the significance of officers’morality construction from three aspects:guiding the moral construction of the whole society,consolidating the ruling foundation of the Party and cultivating the ruling mainstay of the Party,and systematically discusses the specific methods of the two construction paths of leading cadres’self-cultivation and organizational cultivation.
