摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者护理中的应用与效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月该院收治的呼吸科危重症患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组接受常规护理风险管理干预,观察组除常规护理外实施护理风险管理措施。比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸科危重症患者中应用护理风险管理能提高患者满意度,增强呼吸科护理风险管理工作效果。
Objective To explore the application and effect of nursing risk management in the nursing of critically ill patients in respiratory department.Methods 86 critically ill patients in respiratory department in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing risk management intervention,and the observation group implemented nursing risk management measures in addition to routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in critically ill patients in respiratory department can improve patient satisfaction and enhance the effect of nursing risk management in respiratory department.
