摘要
目的分析风险管理在呼吸科重症患者中的应用及护理效果。方法选择甘肃省武威市凉州区中西医结合医院2018年10月至2020年9月收治的86例呼吸科重症患者为研究对象,将患者按照不同管理方式进行分组,主要分成了观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规管理,观察组接受风险管理,对比两组患者的护理满意度、不良反应发生率以及生活质量。结果观察组的护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,P<0.05。观察组的胸腔积液闭式引流、非计划脱管率、跌倒坠床率等不良反应发生率为6.98%,低于对照组的23.26%,P<0.05。观察组的躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能、心理功能等生活质量分别为(74.37±4.92)、(76.33±5.08)、(80.76±4.72)、(75.19±4.52),均要高于对照组(62.88±5.17)、(60.13±4.93)、(63.05±5.44)、(62.83±3.14),P<0.05。结论风险管理在呼吸科重症患者中的应用及护理效果显著,能够有效地降低重症患者死亡率,具有较高的预防性。
Objective To analyze application and nursing effect of risk management in severe patients in respiratory department.Methods The paper chose 86 cases severe respiratory patients meeting research standard in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 as research objects,and divided them into observation group and control group according to different management methods.Control group was treated with routine management,and observation group with risk management.Nursing satisfaction degree,adverse reactions incidence and life quality was compared between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 95.35%,higher than 79.07%of control group,P<0.05.Adverse reactions Incidence in observation group was 6.98%,which was lower than 23.26%in control group(P<0.05).Physical function,social function,role function,psychological function and other life quality scores of observation group were(74.37±4.92、76.33±5.08、80.76±4.72、75.19±52),higher than control group(62.884±5.17、60.13±4.93、63.05±5.44、62.83±3.14)P<0.05.Conclusion Risk management can achieve significant nursing effect for critically ill patients in respiratory department,reduce mortality of critically ill patients effectively,which has high preventive effect.
