摘要
我国是铜冶炼大国,但铜资源却相对缺乏,如何在国际竞争中,增强国内铜冶炼企业竞争实力,一方面需要加强铜冶炼技术的研发,另一方面需要在企业的日常生产经营中做好精准管理。在产能挖潜方面,本文从入炉金属量、工艺管控、设备运转和科技创新等方面,就如何做到精准管理进行了探讨。
China is a big copper smelting country,but its copper resources are relatively scarce.To enhance the competitive strength of domestic copper smelting enterprises in the international competition,on the one hand,we need to strengthen the research and development of copper smelting technology;on the other hand,we need to do a good job in precision management in the daily production and operation of enterprises.In terms of capacity tapping,this paper discusses how to achieve precision management in terms of the amount of metal entering the furnace,process control,equipment operation and scientific and technological innovation.
