摘要
中国是铜资源消费大国,测算中国铜的实际消费量对准确把握铜消费情况以及铜资源管理具有重要的意义。本文基于元素流分析方法,对中国2011~2016年铜资源在生产、消费和贸易过程中铜物质的流动情况进行分析,得到了2011~2016年中国铜的实际消费量,并与当年精炼铜的表观消费量进行了对比分析。结果显示,2011~2016年中国铜的净进口量在不断增加,铜的实际消费量约是精炼铜表观消费量的90%。中国在大量进口铜资源的同时,应加强国内铜矿资源的勘探,减少生产损失,加大国内废杂铜资源的回收利用,发展循环经济。
China is a big copper resource consumer.It is important to calculate the actual consumption of copper in China to accurately grasp the copper consumption and the management of the copper resource.Based on the elemental flow analysis method,this paper analyzes the flow of copper in the production,consumption and trade of copper resources in China from 2011 to 2016,and obtains the actual consumption of copper in China from 2011 to 2016,and the apparent consumption of refined copper in the same year.The results show that the net import of copper in China is increasing in 2011-2016,and the actual consumption of copper is about 90%of the apparent consumption of refined copper.While importing a large amount of copper resources,China should strengthen the exploration of domestic copper resources,reduce production losses,increase the recycling of domestic waste copper resources,and develop a circular economy.
