摘要
随着会泽冶炼厂铅锌产能的提高和铅厂烟化炉废渣含锌指标的提升,烟化炉生产单位煤耗一直居高不下,拟通过采用洗精煤替代普通烟煤进行生产试验,实现烟化炉产能的提升和单位煤耗的降低。从2018年4月中旬开始,会泽冶炼分公司在铅厂烟化炉组织开展两个阶段为期20d的生产试验,初步确定了烟化炉采用洗精煤用于生产的可行性,获得了洗精煤生产试验的主要技术经济指标和相关经济效益。
With the incresing of lead and zine productivity and index of fuming furnace slag,unit coal consumption is always high.The Huize Smelter conducted production trials by using cleaned coal instead of ordinary bituminous coal,to improve the production capacity and reduce the unit coal consumption of fuming furnace.Beginning in mid-April 2018,Huize Smelter Branch organized two phases of 20-day production trials in the lead plant s fuming furnace,and initially confirmed the feasibility of using the cleaned coal for production,and the main technical and economic indicators and related economic benefits of the clean coal production trials were obtained.
