摘要
基于制度分析的视角,指出职业教育生源质量受中高考等正式制度与学而优则仕等非正式制度双重影响,并在职业学校的理性选择中陷入负向循环。但随着一系列政治、经济、文化环境的变化,职业教育具备了改善生源质量的现实条件,因而提出打造双轨发展的普职分流招生制度、构建普职各有特色的非正式招生制度、回归职业学校办学本位的行动逻辑转向等生源质量改善策略,推动职业教育的健康发展。
Based on the perspective of system analysis, it is pointed out that the quality of vocational education students is influenced by both formal system such as high school and college entrance examination as well as informal system such as "Xue Er You Ze Shi", at the same time, the quality of vocational education students falls into a negative cycle in the rational choice of vocational schools. However, with a series of changes in politic, economy and cultural environment, vocational education has the realistic conditions to improve the quality of students, and then puts forward to create a dual-track development’s general vocational diversion enrollment system, constructs a general vocational characteristics’ informal enrollment system, return to logic of action of vocational school to improve the quality of students and further promote the healthy development of vocational education.
