高质量发展背景下中职资源配置效率的空间差异研究 被引量:5

摘要 中等职业教育是横向融通、纵向贯通的现代教育体系的重要组成部分,提升中等职业教育资源区域配置效率是促进中等职业教育可持续发展的重要途径。本研究运用相对效率评价模型DEA-BCC模型和DEAP软件,在区域层面和省域层面两个维度对我国中等职业教育资源区域配置效率的综合效率值、纯效率值、规模效率和规模报酬等空间特征与差异进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了中等职业教育资源配置效率的改进策略。为促进中等职业教育的可持续发展,应精准配置中等职业教育资源,使有限的资源发挥最大的效用;科学处理质量与数量的关系,着力打造特色中职和精品中职;结合区域特色与需求,提升中等职业教育的社会适应性。 Secondary vocational education is an important part of a modern education system that integrates horizontally and vertically.Improving the efficiency of regional allocation of secondary vocational education resources is an important way to promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education.This study uses the relative efficiency evaluation model DEA-BCC model and DEAP software to determine the comprehensive efficiency value,pure efficiency value,scale efficiency,and return to scale of the regional allocation efficiency of secondary vocational education resources in China at the regional and provincial levels.The traits and distinctions are examined,and measures for increasing the effectiveness of secondary vocational education resource allocation are suggested as a result.In order to promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education,secondary vocational education resources should be accurately allocated to maximize the effectiveness of limited resources;scientifically handle the relationship between quality and quantity,and strive to create characteristic secondary vocational and high-quality secondary vocational schools;combine regional characteristics and needs to enhance the social adaptability and social service capacity of secondary vocational education.
