摘要
我国政府近几年来一直保持职普比"大体相当"的政策,但是职业教育在校生比重已由1998年的60.02%下降至2016年的40.28%,普通教育规模为职业教育规模的1.5倍。职业教育在纷繁复杂的环境中该如何前进?是否应该继续前进?这些问题关系着职业教育的发展和未来。本文通过梳理有关职普结构的研究文献,从国际比较、发展路径及影响因素三个方面对职普结构的研究内容进行回顾和总结,并对职普结构的未来发展趋势进行评述。
In recent years,the Chinese government has brought about a policy of"roughly equal"vocational education,but the proportion of students in vocational education has decreased from 60.02%in 1998 to 40.28%in 2016,and the scale of general education is twice the scale of vocational education.How should vocational education move forward in a complex environment?Should we move on?It is related to the development direction and future of vocational education.By combing the research literature on the structure of vocational education,this paper reviews and summarizes the research content of the structure from three aspects:international comparison,development path and influencing factors,and looks forward to the trendency of the structure of vocational and general education in China.
