摘要
观众在展览前的对话揭示了观众的学习,如何衡量学习的效果,Allen的“学习型对话框架”在国内外观众调查中引用颇多。本文通过文献研究考察Allen的“学习型对话框架”,说明其在衡量学习效果方面的有效性。并以上海自然博物馆25组亲子观众为研究对象,观察记录他们在“灵长类骨架”展品前的对话,借用Allen的“学习型对话框架”对其进行分析。最终,通过文献研究和实证研究两种途径证实了该框架能有效帮助场馆了解观众对展览的学习效果,同时对场馆在具体实践时的方式提出了建议。
The conversations that take place before an exhibition reveal the learning of the visitors.Allen’s learning conversation framework has been widely cited in domestic and international visitor studies.This paper examines Allen’s learning conversation framework through literature research to illustrate its effectiveness in measuring learning outcome.Taking 25 groups of parent-child visitors to the Shanghai Natural History Museum as research subject,their dialogue happened in front of the“Primate Skeleton”exhibit was observed and analyzed using Allen’s learning conversation framework.Finally,the study confirmed the effectiveness of the framework in helping museums to understand the learning outcomes of visitors to the exhibition through both literature research and empirical research and made recommendations on how to implement the framework in practice.
