数字人民币赋能人民币国际化的机理研究被引量：10

摘要数字经济时代背景下,各国央行开始着力研发法定数字货币,来积极应对私人加密数字货币的挑战,我国也先行先试。党的二十大提出有序推进人民币国际化,目前在我国人民币国际化进程中存在一系列制约因素。文章通过比较与实证方法分析了人民币国际化滞后的主要因素,诸如金融市场发展相对滞后、跨境支付系统不健全进而累及人民币币值稳定,美元“霸权主义”削弱人民币网络外部性等,通过梳理相关机理得出法定数字人民币将为人民币国际化带来正向的赋能动力,人民币国际化必将是注入数字元素新鲜“血液”体系竞争的成果的结论,并提出了扩展数字人民币的职能和应用场景、借助数字人民币完善CIPS系统、加强数字人民币跨境支付的法律监管、促进公私部门的协作以提升数字人民币的基础技术等具体思路。 In the context of the digital economy era,central banks around the world have begun to focus on the development of legal digital currencies to actively respond to the challenges of private cryptocurrencies,and China is also the first to try.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of“orderly promoting the internationalization of RMB”.At present,there are a series of constraints in the process of RMB internationalization in China.This paper analyzes the main factors behind the internationalization of RMB through comparison and empirical methods,such as the relatively backward development of the financial market,the imperfect cross-border payment system,which further affects the stability of the value of RMB,and the dollar’s“hegemonism”which weakens the network externalities of RMB.Through sorting out the relevant mechanisms,it is concluded that the legal number RMB will bring positive impetus to the internationalization of RMB,The internationalization of RMB is bound to be the result of the system competition that injects new“blood”into the digital element,and put forward specific ideas such as expanding the functions and application scenarios of digital RMB,improving CIPS system with digital RMB,strengthening the legal supervision of cross-border payment of digital RMB,and promoting the cooperation between public and private sectors to improve the basic technology of digital RMB.
