摘要
基于虚拟仿真技术,高职财会类专业实训教学存在人才培养缺少数字元素及运维内容、实训课程体系无法满足岗位人才需求的问题,成功案例不多,搭建的场景层次不高,学生的参与程度不够,配套教学资源有些跟不上。提出了合理的教学改革路径:依托企业,调研明确人才培养定位,创新教学模式,搭建虚实结合的虚拟仿真实训环境,完善实训教学体系,制订培养方案,建立校企联动机制,开展基于虚拟仿真技术的“三教”改革。可利用虚拟现实技术及AR、VR、MR仿真资源,探索高职财会类专业虚拟仿真实践教学的新模式。信息化教学有助于提升教学效果。
There are problems in practical teaching reform of finance and accounting major in higher vocational colleges based on virtual simulation technology.There is lack of digital elements,and operation and maintenance content in talent training.Practical teaching teaching system can not meet the demands of the posts,with a few successful cases.The level of scene gradation is not high.Students’participation is insufficient,and the matching teaching resources are insufficient.Then the study proposes rational teaching reform path,i.e.to rely on enterprises,investigate clear talent training position,innovate teaching mode,establish virtual simulation practical teaching environment under virtuality and reality combination,perfect practical teaching system,formulate training scheme,establish school-enterprise linkage mechanism,develop“three teaching”reform based on virtual simulation technology.It is suggested to utilize virtual reality technology,and AR,VR and MR simulation resource,and explore the new mode of practical teaching of finance and accounting major in higher vocational colleges.Information teaching is beneficial to improving teaching effect.
