Study on Developing Ecological Economy to Help Achieve Common Prosperity——Based on the Perspective of Chinese Path to Modernization

摘要 “实现全体人民共同富裕”与“促进人与自然和谐共生”是中国式现代化的本质要求与重要特征,二者相辅相成。以新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论为指引发展生态经济,是推进二者协同共进的重要路径。发展生态经济是践行“两山”理论、以绿色发展引领高质量发展的重要内容,在促进人与自然和谐共生的同时,彰显了实现全体人民共同富裕的生态意蕴。它以推动自然生态要素参与生产和分配为主抓手,有利于发展生态生产力、改善生态经济领域生产关系,提升富裕程度和共享水平,对实现共同富裕具有促进作用。新时代我们要坚持以人民为中心大力推动生态经济建设,依靠创新驱动绿色发展、实施区域生态经济协调发展战略、因地制宜探索产业生态化和生态产业化模式,让良好生态环境成为高质量发展的新动力,为推动共同富裕不断开拓新路径。 “Achieving common prosperity for all people”and“promoting harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature”are the essential requirements and important features of Chinese path to modernization,and they complement each other.Developing ecological economy under the guidance of the ecological economy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is an important path to promote the synergy advance between the two.Developing ecological economy is an important part of practicing the“two mountains”theory and leading high-quality development with green development.It not only promotes the harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature,but also highlights the ecological implication of achieving common prosperity for all people.It focuses on the participation of natural ecological factors in production and distribution,which is conducive to the development of ecological productivity,the improvement of production relations,the enhancement of the level of prosperity and sharing,and plays a positive role in achieving common prosperity.In the new era,we should adhere to the people-centered,vigorously promote the construction of ecological economy,rely on innovation to drive green development,implement the coordinated development strategy of regional ecological economy,and explore the path of industrial ecology and ecological industrialization according to local conditions,so as to make good ecological environment become a new driving force for high-quality development,and constantly open up new paths to achieve common prosperity.
