摘要
利用大型煤自燃试验台对灵新煤矿16号煤层煤样在常温170℃范围内的氧化特性和指标气体参数规律进行了测试。结果表明,煤温以26 d和37 d为界呈现出不同的升温速率;期间CO、CO_(2)为煤氧反应的主要产物,其余指标气体陆续由煤体氧化与分解产生且浓度较低;随着煤温的不断升高,实验炉内最高温度点的位置主要沿中轴线变化,并逐渐向进风口下移。此外,对于指标气体的讨论结果表明,炉内O_(2)浓度沿气流方向从进口侧开始逐渐降低,而CO和CO_(2)浓度则表现出相反的变化规律。研究结果为现场煤自燃的预测和防治提供了有力的依据。
The oxidation characteristics and index gas parameters of the No.16 coal seam in Lingxin Coal Mine were tested in the range of normal temperature to 170℃by using a large-scale coal spontaneous combustion test-bed.The results show that the coal temperature shows different heating rates at the boundary of 26 d and 37 d,during which CO and CO_(2)are the main products of the coal-oxygen reaction,and the other index gases are produced by the oxidation and decomposition of the coal body,and their concentrations are lower with the continuous increase of coal temperature,the position of the highest temperature point in the experimental furnace mainly changes along the central axis,and gradually moves down to the air inlet.In addition,the results of the discussion on the index gases show that the O_(2)concentration in the furnace decreases gradually from the inlet side along the gas flow direction,while the CO and CO_(2)concentrations show the opposite variation.The results provide a strong basis for the prediction and prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal in the field.
