朱集西煤矿指标气体确定及自燃“三带”划分研究 被引量:11

Study on Determination of Index Gas and Division of"Three Zones"of Spontaneous Combustion in Zhujixi Coal Mine

摘要 为探究朱集西煤矿13501综采工作面采空区的自然发火规律,通过低温氧化实验分析了煤在低温氧化时释放气体产物的特征,优选出标志性气体并作为13-1煤自燃预报指标气体。通过在工作面进风巷和回风巷两侧铺设束管以及使用热电偶监控测温的方法,监测采空区内的气体和温度,测量出采空区自燃“三带”分布,进风巷:0~36 m为散热带、36~81 m属于氧化升温带、大于81 m为窒息带;回风巷:0~27 m为散热带、27~63 m属于氧化升温带、大于63 m为窒息带。依据划分的自燃“三带”宽度,计算出采空区工作面安全推进速度为2.3 m/d。研究结果对朱集西煤矿防治煤炭自燃以及防灭火提供指导作用。 In order to explore the spontaneous combustion law of 13501 fully mechanized coal face mined-out area in Zhujixi coal mine,the characteristics of gas products released by coal during low temperature oxidation were analyzed through low temperature oxidation experiment,and the marker gas was selected and used as 13-1coal spontaneous combustion prediction index gas.The gas and temperature in goaf were monitored by laying beam tubes on both sides of the air inlet and return lanes of the working face and using thermocouples to monitor the temperature,and the distribution of spontaneous combustion"three zones"in goaf was measured.In the air inlet lanes,0-36 m was the scattered zone,36-81 m was the oxidation heating zone,and more than 81 m was the assuffocation zone.Return air lane:0-27 m is scattered zone,27-63 m is oxidized heating zone,larger than 63 m is asphyxiation zone.According to the width of"three zones"divided by spontaneous combustion"three zones",the safe advance speed of goaf working face is calculated to be 2.3 m/d.The results provide guidance for prevention and control of spontaneous combustion and fire fighting in Zhujixi coal mine.
