摘要
为保证自然发火工作面的安全回采,在对磁窑沟煤矿地质条件进行分析的基础上,采用现场实测和数值模拟分析方法对采空区在不同风量下自燃三带的范围变化情况及规律进行研究.研究结果表明:伴随风量的增大,氧化带的边界和工作面的距离慢慢增大,并且向采空区深部不断扩展;工作面风量的影响对回风巷侧的影响最大,对进风巷影响次之,采空区中部的影响最小.根据实际工况和研究结果提出选用高强复合发泡堵漏防灭火技术,使用此防火技术不仅可以显著减小氧化带宽度,且使采空区氧化带和工作面的距离缩小.
In order to ensure the safe recovery of spontaneous combustion working face,based on the analysis of geological conditions of Ciyaogou Coal Mine,the variation and rule of spontaneous combustion three zones in goaf with different air volume are studied.The results show that with the increase of air flow,the boundary of the oxidation zone and the distance between the working face gradually increase and extend to the deep goaf.The influence of working face air volume on the side of return air roadway is the largest,followed by the influence on inlet air roadway,and the influence on the central goaf is the least.According to the actual working conditions and research results,it is proposed to select the high strength composite foam plugging fire-prevention technology,which can not only significantly reduce the width of oxidation zone,but also reduce the distance between the oxidation zone and the working face in goaf.
