Study on the Strategy of Ecological Conservation and Regional Coordinated Development of Natural Reserves in Xi′an Section of the Northern Foot of Qinling Mountains

摘要生态保育是推动绿色发展,促进人与自然和谐共生的重要抓手,而区域协调发展是生态保育工作有序推进的前置条件,实现生态保育协调共进,对我国生态可持续性发展起到重要支撑作用。秦岭作为南北地区天然的分界线,是我国生态保育工作开展的核心地区,而秦岭北麓西安段则是其中的关键地段。通过核密度、缓冲区和标准差椭圆分析方法,探索秦岭北麓西安段自然保护地的空间分布格局,明晰了秦岭北麓西安段自然保护地生态保育与区域协调发展的现状及不足之处,在此基础上提出了符合秦岭北麓西安段特点的生态保育与区域协调发展提升策略。 Ecological conservation is an important starting point for China to promote green deve-lopment and harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature,while regional coordinated development is a precondition for orderly promotion of ecological conservation work.Realizing coordinated progress of ecological conservation plays an important supporting role in China′s ecological sustainable development.The Qinling Mountains,as the natural boundary between the north and the south,is the core area for ecological conservation in China,and Xi′an section at the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains is the key section.This paper explores the spatial distribution pattern of the nature reserves in Xi′an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains by using the nuclear density,buffer zone and standard deviation ellipse analysis methods,and clarifies the current situation and shortcomings of ecological conservation and regional coordinated development of the nature reserves in Xi′an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains.On this basis,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of ecological conservation and regional coordinated development that conforms to the characteristics of Xi′an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains.
