摘要 以海军某部140名官兵为研究对象,采用心肺复苏认知水平调查问卷了解官兵对海水溺水后心跳骤停伤员进行心肺复苏救治的认知水平,分别采用单纯理论授课以及“理论授课+课后考核+智能心肺复苏模型操作”相结合的混合式培训模式进行培训,利用心肺复苏授课情况调查问卷及溺水伤员心肺复苏技术操作考核评分表进行授课情况分析及评价,旨在了解舰艇官兵对海水溺水后心跳骤停伤员进行心肺复苏救治的认知水平,并评估不同教学模式在心肺复苏培训中的效果。 With 140 officers and soldiers of a navy department as the research object,the cognitive level of officers and soldiers in CPR treatment of cardiac arrest patients after seawater drowning was investigated by using the questionnaire of cognitive level of CPR.The training was conducted by using the simple theory teaching and the mixed training mode of"theory teaching after class assessment+intelligent CPR model operation",The teaching situation was analyzed and evaluated by using the cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching questionnaire and the cardiopulmonary resuscitation technical operation assessment score sheet for drowning patients,in order to understand the cognitive level of warship officers and soldiers on the cardiopulmonary resuscitation treatment of cardiac arrest imitators after seawater drowning,and evaluate the effect of different teaching modes in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.
