摘要
目的 了解学前教育专业大学生急救能力现状,为后续急救护理技能实务课程的开展和教学设计提供理论依据及建议。方法 采用整群抽样法,对198名学前教育专业大学生进行急救知识、态度及行为问卷调查,分析其急救能力现状及急救知识、技能需求。结果 不同年级学生急救知识、态度、行为问卷得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),一年级学生得分更高;参加过急救培训的学生急救态度和行为问卷得分更高(P<0.05)。结论 学前教育专业大学生急救能力普遍较低,有意愿学习急救知识和技能。建议加强系统的理论教育,设置急救护理技能实务相关课程,加强学前教育专业与医学专业的合作,共同开发跨学科急救课程,提高学生急救能力。
Objective To learn the current status of first-aid ability of preschool education majors,and provide theoretical basis and suggestions for the development and teaching design of subsequent first-aid nursing skills practice courses.Methods 198 collegians majoring in preschool education were surveyed on first-aid knowledge,attitudes,behaviors,and their first-aid ability status and were analyzed with cluster sampling method.Results There were significant differences in the scores of First-aid Knowledge,Attitudes,and Behaviors Questionnaire among students in different grades(P < 0.05),with higher scores for freshman who had participated in first-aid training had higher scores on First-aid Attitude and Behavior Questionnaire(P < 0.05).Conclusion The first-aid ability of collegians majoring in preschool education is generally low,while they are willing to learn first-aid knowledge and skills.It is recommended to strengthen systematic theoretical education,set up relevant courses on first-aid nursing skills practice,strengthen cooperation between preschool education majors and medical majors,jointly develop interdisciplinary first-aid courses,and improve students′ first-aid ability.
