摘要
目的分析医院120急救中心院前急救患者病例谱分布与流行病学特点,以提高院前急救水平。方法选取2014年9月~2015年3月在某院120急救中心,对进行院前急救患者的性别、年龄、主诉、诊断、急救时间、返院时间、急救方法等资料进行回顾分析。结果 6个月内院前急救患者572例,其中男性314例,女性258例,平均年龄（52.7±13.2）岁;院前急救前5位病例谱依次为：创伤、脑血管病、心血管病、醉酒、腹痛。结论以院前急救患者的病例谱为依据,加强院前急救人员培训,从而提高120急救水平。
Objective Analysis of the spectrum distribution and epidemiological characteristics of patients with pre hospital emergency care in hospital 120 emergency center, to improve the level of pre hospital emergency care. Methods From September 2014 to March 2015 in a hospital 120 emergency center, the retrospective analysis of data of pre hospital first aid of patients with gender, age, chief complaint, the diagnosis and emergency treatment time, back to the hospital time, first-aid method etc. Results 6 months before the court of emergency patients in 572 cases, Among them, 314 cases were male and 258 were female, mean age（52.7±13.2） years. The first 5 cases of pre hospital emergency care were as follows： trauma, cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, intoxication, abdominal pain.Conclusion Based on the cases of patients with pre hospital first aid, strengthen pre hospital emergency personnel training, so as to improve the level of emergency 120.
