摘要
要提升综合性医院的核心竞争力,除了要不断提高医疗水平外,还要承担为未来医疗领域培养优秀医学人才的重任,需要不断提高临床教学质量和水平。医学生只有在毕业前或毕业后3年内掌握了医学的基础理论知识,经过临床见习、实习、规范化培训等学习过程才能够迅速提高临床综合实践能力。所以,医学生在医院的见习、实习、培训阶段是医学生宝贵的重要学习阶段,但由于医院等级、发展历史及隶属区域的不同,会存在教学的硬件设施、师资水平、教学管理方式、教学水平等差异。厦门市第五医院对医学生的临床教学和继续医学教育高度重视,从规范临床教学等各方面来加强临床教学管理,培养医学生优秀的从医品质、综合的临床思维、扎实的实践操作技能,帮助学生从一名稚嫩的医学生转变成独当一面的临床医师。
