摘要
男性生育力的规范化评估是男性不育诊疗过程中的核心与依据。为进一步规范男性生育力评估的路径和质控管理,由中国医师协会生殖医学专业委员会生殖男科学组发起,组织男性生育力评估领域的专家成立编写小组,基于临床实践和已发表文献共同讨论和制定此共识。共识涉及男性生育力的初始评估、实验室评估、遗传学评估、影像学评估、病理学评估,以及男性性功能评估等方面内容,旨在促进生育力评估的科学化、系统化、规范化,协助从事生殖医学、男科学专业医务人员获得全面而准确的评估结果,从而选择适宜的治疗方案。
Standardized assessment of male fertility is the core and basis of male infertility diagnosis and treatment.In order to further standardize the path and quality control management of male fertility assessment in China,the Reproductive Andrology Group of the Reproductive Medicine Professional Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association convened the experts in the field of male fertility assessment to develop an expert consensus based on clinical practice and published literature.The consensus covers such aspects as initial assessment of male fertility,laboratory assessment,genetic assessment,imaging assessment,pathological assessment,and male sexual function assessment,aiming to promote the scientific,systematic and standardized assessment of male fertility,and help medical professionals engaged in reproductive medicine and andrology to avail comprehensive and accurate assessment results and select appropriate treatment strategies.
