摘要
良性前列腺增生(BPH)是泌尿男科常见疾病,谭新华教授认为BPH发病包括虚实两方面,虚即脾肾亏虚为致病之本,实即湿热、瘀血为关键病理产物。谭教授根据自身临床经验将BPH分为肾虚血瘀、脾肾亏虚、湿热下注、湿热瘀阻4个常见证型进行论治,灵活运用补肾活血、益肾健脾、清热利湿、活血化瘀等治法,选用尿癃康方、益老畅泉汤、八正散、三草安前汤等验方效方进行治疗,旨在填补脾肾二脏之亏虚,蠲除湿热、瘀血等实邪,疗效显著。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a common disease in urology and andrology.Professor Tan Xinhua believes that the pathogenesis of BPH includes both deficiency and excess aspects.The deficiency refers to the insufficiency of the spleen and kidney as the root cause of the disease,while the excess is characterized by damp-heat and blood stasis as the key pathological products.Based on his own clinical experience,Professor Tan has summarized four common patterns of BPH for treatment,including kidney deficiency and blood stasis,spleen-kidney deficiency,downward flow of damp-heat,and damp-heat and blood stasis.He flexibly applies therapeutic methods such as tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation,nourishing the kidney and strengthening the spleen,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,and activating blood circulation to resolve stasis.Professor Tan selects proven formulas such as Niaolongkang Formula,Yilao Changquan Decoction,Bazheng Powder,and Sancao Anquan Decoction in treatment,aiming to replenish the deficiency of the spleen and kidney,and to eliminate the excesses of damp-heat and blood stasis,with significant therapeutic effect.
