摘要
目的探究宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术的临床效果,为中重度宫腔粘连治疗方案的选择提供依据。方法选取2017年5月至2020年7月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二四医院收治的60例中重度宫腔粘连患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组。参照组(n=30)行宫腔镜手术,试验组(n=30)行宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术。比较两组术后2年妊娠率、治疗满意度及相关手术指标。结果试验组术后2年妊娠率、治疗满意度、术中出血量等手术指标均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗中重度宫腔粘连效果确切。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery,and to provide a basis for the choice of treatment for moderate and severe intrauterine adhesion.Methods A total of 60 patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions admitted to the 924th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from May 2017 to July 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method.The reference group(n=30)underwent hysteroscopic surgery,and the experimental group(n=30)underwent hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery.The pregnancy rate 2 years after surgery,treatment satisfaction and related surgical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The pregnancy rate 2 years after surgery,treatment satisfaction and intraoperative bleeding volume in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions is effective.
