摘要
推进当代民航精神融入高职院校民航专业人才培养全过程具有重要意义。为构建符合国内高职院校民航专业办学发展变化的当代民航精神传播格局,通过调查当代民航精神在高职院校民航专业学生中的传播现状,剖析当代民航精神在相关高职院校传播中存在的问题和不足,进而针对相关院校、教师和学生从深化产教协同育人、践行“三全育人”理念和提高职业素养要求等角度提出将当代民航精神融入高职院校民航专业人才培养全过程的传播策略。
It is of great significance to integrate contemporary civil aviation spirit into the whole process of training civil aviation professionals in higher vocational colleges. In order to establish a communication pattern of contemporary civil aviation spirit that conforms to the development and change of civil aviation majors in domestic higher vocational colleges, the group investigate the current communication situation of contemporary civil aviation spirit among students of civil aviation majors in higher vocational colleges, and analyze the problems and shortcomings in the communication of contemporary civil aviation spirit in relevant higher vocational colleges. After that, aiming at relevant colleges, teachers and students, the communication strategies of integrating contemporary civil aviation spirit into the whole process of civil aviation professional personnel training in higher vocational colleges is put forward from the perspectives of deepening collaborative education between production and education, implementing the concept of Three-wide Education and improving the requirements of professionalism.
