摘要
当代民航精神是民航人通过不断实践和探索的智慧结晶,为民航事业的快速稳定发展提供了强大的助力。民航院校是当代民航精神弘扬和践行的主要阵地之一,因此,本文通过对当代民航精神内涵及特点的分析,提出在当代民航精神的校本化过程中,民航院校辅导员应努力践行当代民航精神,做好学生的榜样;通过对学生进行当代民航精神的认知教育、实践教育以及行为养成,加强对民航院校学生当代民航精神的培育。
The contemporary civil aviation spirit is the wisdom of civil aviation people through continuous practice and exploration,which provides a powerful boost for the rapid and stable development of civil aviation.Civil aviation colleges are one of the main positions for the promotion and practice of contemporary civil aviation spirit.Therefore,through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of contemporary civil aviation spirit,this article proposes that civil aviation college counselors should work hard in the school-based process of contemporary civil aviation spirit by conducting the contemporary civil aviation spirit and doing a good example for students,strengthening the cultivation of the contemporary civil aviation spirit of civil aviation college students through the cognitive education,practical education and behavior development on the contemporary civil aviation spirit.
