摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎是一种慢性退行性骨关节疾病。通过检索国内外数据库发现,近年来中医外治法开始广泛应用于该病的治疗且疗效显著,常见疗法有针刺、艾灸、运动疗法、推拿、熏洗、穴位贴敷、中药离子导入等。文章就近十年来中医外治法治疗膝骨性关节炎的研究进展做一系统总结,中医外治法对于膝关节骨关节炎的治疗更关注于功能活动以及整体的评估上,这种新的研究方向与趋势可能为临床治疗提供新的思路与方向。
Knee osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative bone and joint disease.In recent years, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the treatment of this disease and its effect is remarkable, common therapies include acupuncture, moxibustion, sports therapy, massage, fumigation and washing, acupoint application, Chinese medicine ion introduction, etc, found by searching domestic and foreign databases.This paper makes a systematic summary of the research progress in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years, It is found that the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine pays more attention to functional activities and overall evaluation.This new research direction and trend may provide new ideas and directions for clinical treatment.
