超宽斜拉桥钢箱梁标准梁段吊装及横向高差调整施工控制 被引量:4

摘要 以深中通道中山大桥施工为例,分析了钢箱梁吊装桥面吊机的选型,总结了超宽斜拉桥钢箱梁标准梁段在安装过程已吊装梁段和待吊装梁段横向高差产生的原因、钢箱梁吊装的各项措施以及钢箱梁吊装的控制要点。在施工实践中,通过采取“一字梁”焊接、钢箱梁边腹板局部焊接、预张斜拉索、桥面吊机局部卸载等技术措施,确保中山大桥顺利建设施工。 Taking construction of Zhongshan Bridge ofShenzhong Link as an example, in this paper, the selection of steel box beam hoisting deck crane has been analyzed, and the reasons for the transverse height difference between the standard steel box beam section of extra-wide cable-stayed bridge that has been lifted and that is to be lifted have been summed up. The main control points of steel box beam hoisting have been summarized from various measures of steel box beam hoisting. Through the implementation of the construction, the causes of the transverse height difference of the beam section have been further verified and analyzed, and effective treatment measures have been taken to ensure the smooth connection of Zhongshan Bridge by adopting such technical measures as “one-shape beam” welding, local welding of steel box beam side web, pre-tensioning stay cable and partial unloading of bridge deck crane.
