摘要
川滇金沙江特大桥主桥为主跨1060 m的双塔单跨简支钢桁悬索桥,主桥钢桁梁共分71个节段,标准节段最大重量约269.3 t。大桥位于构造剥蚀高中山峡谷地貌区、不具备支架法施工条件,因此采用缆索吊安装钢桁梁节段。结合大桥既有结构及现场总体布置,缆索吊机跨径设计为(193.605+1060+220.908)m,设计最大吊重为269.3 t,并考虑1.1倍冲击系数,包括主索、锚固系统、塔顶设计、牵引与起吊系统设计(跑车系统、起吊索、牵引索)、支索器设计和吊耳及吊具设计等;最后对缆索吊装的施工关键技术展开论述,以期为同类桥梁工程提供宝贵的参考和借鉴。
The main bridge of Chuan-Dian Jinsha River Grand Bridge is a double-pylon single-span simple-supported steel truss suspension bridge.Its main span is 1060 m.The steel truss girder of the main bridge is divided into 71 segments,and the largest weight of the standard segment is about 269.3 t.The bridge is located in a geological area of structural weathering and high mountain gorges.The conditions for construction by the support method are not met.Therefore,the steel truss segments are installed using cable crane.Combined with the existing structures of the bridge and overall layout of the site,the spans of cable crane are designed as(193.605+1060+220.908)m.The design maximum hoisting capacity is 269.3 t,and 1.1 times of impact coefficients are considered including the main cable,anchorage system,pylon top design,traction and hoisting system design(car system,hoisting cable and traction rope),cable supporting equipment design,and lifting lug and lifting gear design.Finally,the key construction technology of cable hoisting is discussed to provide the valuable references and lessons for similar bridge projects.
