桥面吊机在我国斜拉桥建设中的应用及发展 被引量:10

摘要 随着我国桥梁设计技术和施工技术的飞速发展,特别是斜拉桥的建设,正趋于向超大跨度、超大节段工厂工业化制造、超大节段现场拼装施工等方向发展。作为斜拉桥建设过程中必要的大型关键施工装备桥面吊机,其自身的先进性、适应性、安全性、功能性和起吊能力能否满足现代斜拉桥设计及施工需要,关系到我国斜拉桥建设能否在超大跨度设计、超大节段拼装施工技术等方面取得进展和突破。通过对我国斜拉桥施工用桥面吊机使用、发展等方面进行分析梳理,对我国斜拉桥施工用桥面吊机现状及未来发展趋势进行预测,为我国未来斜拉桥设计、施工装备配置选型等提供理论和技术参考。 With the rapid development of the design and construction techniques of bridges at home,especially the development of the construction techniques of the cable-stayed bridge,it is more and more tending to develop to super-large spans,industrially manufacturing super-large segments in factories,and the construction of assembling bridges with super-large segments at the site.As a piece of necessary large-scale key construction equipment in the process of cable-stayed bridge construction,whether a bridge deck crane is capable of meeting the requirements of the construction of a modern cable-stayed bridge in progressiveness,suitability,safety,functions,and lifting capability is closely related to the rapid development and breakthrough in the design and construction of super-large span cable-stayed bridges and assembling them with super-large segments.Through analyzing and summing up the application and development of the deck crane to the construction of the cable-stayed bridges at home,forecast in the present paper are the present progress and the future developing trend of the application of the deck crane to the construction of cable-stayed bridges at home.The paper may provide theoretical and technical reference for the design,construction,assembly,configuration and selection of cable-stayed bridges at home in the future.
