摘要
城镇化背景下,农村地区老龄化、空巢化现象不断加剧,养老问题日益严峻。家庭作坊式养老不同于家庭养老和机构养老,是一种新的养老模式,其立足于村庄实际情况,有效嵌入乡村社会;结合当地经济条件,保障合理性消费;雇佣村庄低龄老人,开展精细化服务;结合村庄空间特色,实施半开放式管理;组织员工和老人共同参与农业生产;推进互助合作。政府鼓励、市场化运营、个体选择合力作用于家庭作坊式养老院的生成和发展壮大。家庭作坊式养老想要长远发展,应兼顾兜底保障和市场化运营,做好复式管理,及时更新理念,通过对员工进行专业培训提高养老院服务质量,进一步提升农村老人的幸福感。
Under the background of urbanization,the situation of aging and empty-nest in rural areas is intensifying,and the care for the elderly has become a serious problem.The family-workshop care for the elderly,which is different from familial and institutional care models,is a new model in rural areas,based on the village reality,effectively embedded in rural society.It takes account of the local economic conditions to ensure rational consumption,employs the younger village elders to carry out refined services,combines the village space characteristics to implement semi-open management,organizes employees and the elderly to participate in agricultural production,and promotes mutual assistance and cooperation.Government encouragement,market operation and individual choice act as three joint forces on the generation and development of the family-workshop care for the elderly.In order to achieve long-term development,the family-workshop care for the elderly should take into account both bottom-line security and market operation,do a good job in multiple management plans,timely update ideas,improve the service quality of nursing homes through professional training,and further improve the sense of happiness of the rural elderly.
