摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,在日常生活中,人们愈加注重食品安全问题。食品安全问题不仅影响着食品的质量,危害人们的健康,还会对社会建设产生一定的消极影响。在食品生产加工的过程中,食品生产企业一定要保证食品安全,食品检测机构也应当对食品质量进行严格检测,保证其质量符合食品安全标准后,再使其流通于市场,不仅可以保证人们的健康,还可以推动社会的稳定发展。本文将从食品检验检测工作中存在的问题和食品检验检测工作的质量管理措施两个方面进行分析和论述,通过对诸多问题的分析,提出相应的管理措施。
With the continuous development of social economy,people’s living standards continue to improve,in daily life,people pay more attention to food safety.Food safety problems not only affect the quality of food,harm to people’s health,but also have a certain negative impact on social construction.In the process of food production and processing,food production enterprises must ensure food safety,and food testing institutions should also strictly test the quality of food to ensure that its quality meets the food safety standards and then circulate it in the market,which can not only ensure people’s health,but also promote the stable development of society.This paper will analyze and discuss the problems existing in food inspection and testing work and the quality management measures of food inspection and testing work.Through the analysis of many problems,put forward the relative management measures.
